We provide a 30-day return and exchange service starting from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a refund or exchange, the item must be returned in its original, unworn state with all original packaging, boxes, and dust bags included. What is your manufacturing process?

It takes at least 150 manual steps to craft a pair of Gilded Cadence shoes. Our highly skilled artisans execute each step—from leather cutting to sole application—either by hand or using hand-operated machinery. To ensure the highest quality at an accessible price point, our production is handled by specialized partners in China and Vietnam. The entire process, including our rigorous quality control, takes between 1 to 2 weeks to complete.

How do I know which size will fit me best?

If you know your Brannock device size, please order according to that size. Otherwise, you can refer to the sizing of other high-end formal shoe brands you own. We also provide a detailed Size Guide on each product page with common size conversions and specific fit tips (e.g., whether to size up or down). If you need a personalized recommendation, please contact our customer service.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO BREAK-IN THE SHOES?

Generally, our shoes are designed to be comfortable straight out of the box. However, break-in time is a personal experience depending on your foot shape and walking style. If the shoes feel stiff initially, they will soften and conform to your feet over time. We recommend wearing them indoors for short periods before wearing them outside for an extended time.
