1. Our Commitment

At Gilded Cadence, we take pride in our craftsmanship. Every pair of shoes is created through a meticulous process involving specialized manual steps. To ensure your peace of mind, all products purchased directly from our official website are covered by our 1-Year Limited Warranty against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship, effective from the date of delivery.

This policy is issued and honored by Gilded Cadence SHOE INDUSTRY LLC.

2. What is Covered

This warranty applies strictly to manufacturing flaws under normal use, including:

Structural failure of the shoe (e.g., sole separation not caused by excessive heat).

Defective stitching or hardware (eyelets, zippers, or buckles).

Significant leather or fabric defects existing at the time of delivery.

During the warranty period, Gilded Cadence will, at its discretion, either repair the item or provide a one-time replacement at no charge for products that prove defective due to improper material or workmanship.

3. What is NOT Covered

To remain transparent and compliant with Google’s fair representation policies, please note that this warranty does not cover:

Normal Wear and Tear: Gradual smoothing of soles, natural creasing of leather, or scuffs from daily use.

Misuse or Negligence: Damage from immersion in water, chemical exposure, or unauthorized modifications.

Improper Fit: Once the shoes have been worn outdoors, fit-related issues are not covered under warranty (please check our Return Policy for fit issues upon arrival).

Lost or Stolen Items.

4. Warranty Claim Process

To initiate a claim, please follow these steps:

Evidence: Provide 3-4 clear photos and a brief video highlighting the defect.

Evaluation: Our quality control team will review your submission within 3-5 business days.

Resolution: If approved, we will arrange for a replacement. Please note that since our shoes are crafted to order (taking 1-2 weeks), the replacement process will follow our standard production timeline.

5. Limitations and Legal Rights

This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser of the product.

It is valid only for purchases made on gildedcadence.com.

Gilded Cadence SHOE INDUSTRY LLC's total liability is limited to the repair or replacement of the defective product.
